We’re looking for a talented Website Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role at the intersection of Technology, Marketing and Trading. In this role, you’ll ensure customers enjoy a seamless, high‑performing experience—from their first interaction with us right through to purchase and beyond.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to deliver measurable revenue growth and support our strategic commercial goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning insight into impactful action, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor performance daily and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
- Deliver acquisition and retention plans in partnership with channel marketing teams.
- Diagnose performance issues and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Lead marketing planning for seasonal peaks and commercial promotions.
- Oversee the timely delivery and execution of campaign assets.
- Own and manage Social and Affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Work with content teams and suppliers to maintain engaging, up‑to‑date website content.
- Manage product roadmaps aligned with commercial and marketing strategies.
- Configure and manage app functionality in line with agreed guidelines.
- Maintain product listings within the CMS in partnership with Operations.
- Communicate project updates, decisions and timelines clearly with stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Identify customer behaviours, barriers and opportunities across the product set.
- Translate insights into improved product decisions and messaging.
- Experience in product or product marketing (ideally within e‑commerce).
- Strong understanding of the market.
