We’re seeking an experienced General Sales Manager who can build on our strong foundations and guide this talented, motivated team to the next level.
Responsibilities- Guide and support a team that includes Business Managers, Sales Executives and colleagues in customer-facing roles, creating a consistent, well-structured sales process through regular coaching, clear communication and active involvement in customer interactions.
- Help the team sell new and used vehicles, as well as additional products such as finance options, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are effective, ethical and aligned with company values.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people-support skills with the primary responsibility to help the team achieve their goals and improve sales performance, profitability and efficiency.
- Bring clear communication, reliable organisation, and confident leadership that reflects company values.
- Proven success as a General Sales Manager in a main dealership, ideally spanning both new and used vehicle operations.
- Manufacturer experience is essential; Kia experience would be highly advantageous but not required.
- A collaborative, motivational leadership style with a passion for people and performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with a commitment to ethical, customer-focused practice.
