Development Manager – Vertu Technology Since our formation in 2006, Vertu Motors has continually invested in supporting the growth of our business by developing bespoke solutions and internal systems. Our Vertu Technology team plays a critical role in this success, with sub-teams specializing in Web and UX, Automations and Integration, Data and Analytics, and Internal Systems Development. To support our ongoing innovation, we are looking for a Development Manager to join our Vertu Ventures Product Team, helping us deliver our expansive technology roadmap. As a Development Manager at Vertu Technology, you will play a key role in driving high-value outcomes from our Product Team. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing a team of 5 skilled developers, fostering their growth and aligning their efforts with project goals. Providing technical mentorship to the Product Team, ensuring they are set up to deliver high-value output. Working closely with the Head of Product, Product Owners and senior stakeholders to manage Product Backlogs and refine User Stories before they are absorbed by the team.
