Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Knightsbridge. The Salesperson will welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations that reflect Vertu London’s luxury positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial contact to purchase, handling point-of-sale transactions accurately, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. The person in this role will build and nurture long-term client relationships, support visual merchandising, and participate in product and brand training. The Salesperson will also collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, support store events, and ensure every visitor receives a premium and professional experience.

- Proven experience in retail or luxury sales, with strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients, including strong listening and presentation capabilities.

- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard retail operations; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Knightsbridge, including weekends and holidays as required.
