You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced Service Manager and a skilled technician team at one of the UK's leading motor retailers. This is your chance to work in a high-performing, supportive environment where your skills will be valued and developed.

- Competitive Salary: Basic salary between £28,840 and £48,880, based on your experience
- Over-performance bonuses to reward your dedication
- Attractive Sign-On Bonuses: £3,000 bonus in your first month, £1,000 bonus on your 6-month anniversary
Salary Packages Based on Your Experience:
- Service and Maintenance Technicians: Up to £39,200
- Service and Diagnostic Technicians: Up to £41,500
- Senior Technicians: Up to £44,000
- Master Technicians: Up to £48,800
Your Role as a Vehicle Technician:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and repairs to our customers. From basic maintenance to complex repairs, your expertise will ensure first-time fixes and high-quality workmanship, driving customer satisfaction and trust.
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
- Main Dealer Experience
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT license (preferred, but not essential)
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
