Our client is a highly reputable and growing facilities management contractor who specialises in all-round facilities maintenance contracts. Due to expansion, they are currently looking to recruit a Service Administrator in Chadderton.
The Role:
- Ordering parts and tracking their delivery
- Maintaining van stock for our engineers
- Thoroughly checking and uploading preventative maintenance paperwork.
- Progressing engineer calls on our engineering system.
- False alarm management
- URN management (dealing with police forces)
- Checking for portal failures
- Checking for correct funding before we attend/reattend works.
- Arranging permits with shopping centres
- Assisting commercial team with queries on additional funding
- Raising subcontractor orders/chasing subcontractors for completions.
The Person:
- You will have previous experience within administration/office based role
- Service administration experience
- Strong excel skills
- You will be an excellent communicator
Package:
- Salary £24,375
- Permanent Full Time
- Office based
- Monday - Friday 37.5 hour week
- 33 Days annual leave including bank holidays
