Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team:
The Role:
- You will be carrying out a range of commercial mechanical/plumbing maintenance alongside some general fabric works/building maintenance.
- Role to include planned and reactive maintenance.
- Role to cover a wide range of mechanical and fabric maintenance.
- Working on plant rooms.
- Working mobile on commercial offices.
- Working mobile across the region above with some travel to Oxford when required.
The Person:
- You will ideally hold a Level 2 or 3 in plumbing or HVAC etc.
- You will be experienced in plumbing/mechanical maintenance.
- You will be multi skilled able to do some general fabric/building maintenance works.
- You must hold a full UK licence.
- Experience working on commercial sites.
- You will be happy with travel in your region.
The Package:
- Salary of £43,300 inc standby fee.
- Callout 1 in 8 – (£200 fee for being on the rota – included in salary above - overtime rates apply should you be called out at 4 hour minimum).
- Overtime available.
- Private Healthcare.
- Permanent full time.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Birthday off.
- Working hours Monday - Friday.
