We are working with a highly reputable and well-known facilities management contractor who provide all-round building maintenance services to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician.

Role: You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance works to a retail outlet chain throughout the region. Role will include all elements of electrical ppm and reactive maintenance works, installation, alterations etc as well as some general building maintenance repairs. You will be working mobile throughout the area, providing excellent customer service when on site.

Person: You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent, 17th or 18th edition. You will have electrical maintenance experience on commercial sites and ideally some general building maintenance/fabric experience - ppm and reactive repairs. You will live locally and be happy with travel throughout the region and further when needed. You must have a full UK driving licence and good IT skills.

Package: Base salary £39,154 inclusive of standby fee. Vehicle and travel paid door to door. Further travel may be required. Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. Callout 1 in 4. Annual leave plus bank holidays. Pension. Healthcare. Genuine career progression.
