We are working with a highly reputable and well-known facilities management contractor who provides all-round building maintenance services to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a mobile cabinet cleaner to join the teams.
Role:
- Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- You will have experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance works.
- Delivery of planned cleaning of refrigerating cabinets.
- Liaison with the Supervisor to ensure that cleaning tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply, and ensuring that all colleagues follow safe systems of work on site.
Person:
- You will live locally and be happy to travel throughout North London.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You must have previous experience in this field.
- You must hold a full UK driving licence.
Package:
- Base salary £31,870.
- Monday - Thursday - 8pm – 7:30am.
- Shared Van with Lead Engineer.
- No Call Out Overtime available.
