Job Description
Fire & Security Project Coordinator
Chadderton – OL9
Permanent, Full Time
£27,000 + Excellent Package
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Fully Office Based
We are working with a highly reputable and growing facilities management contractor who is looking to recruit an administrator within the Project Coordinator division to support the delivery of CCTV and Access Control upgrade works.
This is a fully office-based coordination role, working closely with engineers and internal teams to ensure projects are properly documented, tracked and completed on time.
Full training will be provided.
The Role
- Manage the project inbox and respond to queries from engineers and internal teams.
- Coordinate documentation for CCTV and Access Control upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain site folders, project records and supporting documentation.
- Update live project trackers and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Process and maintain completion certificates following completed works.
- Order parts and equipment where required.
- Support the preparation and management of RAMS, Health & Safety documentation and other project paperwork.
- Monitor engineer progress and chase outstanding information or works where required.
- Liaise with engineers regarding site updates, faults, parts and completion information.
- Update drawings, site information and records following changes made during works.
- Escalate faults or project issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Assist with reports and project information for management when required.

We are looking for someone who is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programmes.
- Comfortable managing spreadsheets, trackers, folders and project documentation.
- Confident communicating with engineers and internal colleagues by email and telephone.
- Able to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time.
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy office environment.
- A good problem solver who can pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Previous administration or coordination experience would be beneficial.
- Fire & Security experience is useful but not essential, as training will be provided.
