We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a hvac specialist to join the teams
Role:
In this hybrid role, you will be on the road visiting clients' sites as well as providing remote triage support, ensuring that HVAC and Hot Water systems are being maintained to the highest standards.
Tasks could include:
- Providing technical support to our mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required
- Maintaining and monitoring hvac assets of the estate in your region
- Remote triage of HVAC
- Proactively monitoring HVAC systems
- Providing regular client updates
- Auditing PPMs and compliance to industry standard
- Actively developing the skillsets and knowledge of our engineers
- This role is specialist and predominantly focused on the heating and ventilation side
Person:
- You must hold NVQ PLUMBING qualification
- You must be technically proficient in Heating and Ventilation
- You will have experience within HVAC as a whole ideally holding F Gas however not essential if experience can be shown
- You will be competent in technical reporting and comfortable in leading monthly meetings to discuss reports, sites under performing etc
- You will live locally and happy to travel throughout the region
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- You must hold a full uk driving licence
Package:
- Base salary Β£51261
- Monday - Friday - 45 hours per week
