Our client is a highly reputable and growing facilities management contractor who specialises in all-round facilities maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with operations colleagues, external contractors, suppliers, and the customer to ensure the effective allocation of jobs to ensure completion within agreed timescales and maximising engineer productivity.
  • Raising purchase orders for van stock requirements.
  • Chasing suppliers and updating proof of delivery on log and asolvi.
  • Raising orders for lifters on supplier portal and monitoring job for off hire.
  • Receiving incoming alarm activations and reacting in accordance with NSI Guidelines (False alarm management).
  • Raising orders to subcontractors including relevant subcontractor form (MS48/MS 7.4).
  • Complying with any other reasonable management instruction or ad hoc duties.
  • Updating asolvi with relevant engineer stock replenishment.

Strong Excel skills are required.

This is a permanent full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, with 33 days annual leave.
