Location: Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am 5:00pm | Friday, 8:30am 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
We are looking for a detail-focused QA Inspector to join our Quality team. This is a hands-on role supporting quality assurance activities across goods-in inspection, manufacturing, and production, helping to ensure products meet both customer and company quality standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Inspect incoming materials and components against engineering drawings, specifications, and certification requirements.
- Raise and support non-conformance reports (NCRs) when quality issues are identified.
- Carry out regular quality inspections throughout production and assembly areas.
- Prepare quality and certification documentation for finished products.
- Coordinate and maintain the calibration of measuring equipment, including arranging external calibration services and completing in-house calibrations.
- Keep quality records up to date and support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Assist with other quality-related duties as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience using inspection and measuring equipment.
