You'll take ownership of the entire finance function, work directly with the Managing Director and Board, and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

The successful candidate will lead financial reporting, cashflow management, forecasting, compliance, KPI reporting and commercial analysis, while driving process improvement, systems modernisation and the development of a scalable finance function. You'll also gain exposure to acquisition activity as part of an ambitious buy-and-build growth strategy.

The role is based at our manufacturing facility in Greenford, London. For the first 6 months, we require you to be on site to build relationships with the operational teams, understand our manufacturing processes, and establish strong connections with colleagues across the business. This initial period is crucial for embedding yourself within the company culture and gaining comprehensive insight into our operations. After the initial 6-month period, this role transitions to fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere while continuing to drive our finance function forward. We use modern collaboration tools to maintain strong team connectivity and ensure seamless communication across the organisation, whether you’re working from home or visiting the Greenford site for key meetings and strategic planning sessions.
