The Opportunity
- This is a strategic, externally facing role focused on creating and expanding a high-performing banking referral network.
- You will be responsible for developing relationships with banking organisations, enabling partner sales teams, increasing referral activity, and supporting joint business development initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Strategic Partner Development
- Identify and engage prospective banking partners across EMEA markets.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders within corporate banking, treasury, and payments divisions.

- Revenue & Pipeline Growth
- Work alongside internal sales teams to increase partner-sourced opportunities.

- Partner Enablement & Collaboration
- Deliver onboarding and enablement programmes for new banking partners.
- Equip partner teams with positioning materials, presentations, and market messaging.

- Marketing & Market Engagement
- Support joint campaigns, webinars, events, and lead-generation initiatives.

Experience & Skills Required
- Experience within strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel management.
- Background in fintech, enterprise software, banking, treasury technology, or payments solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing or growing banking referral partnerships.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments and partner-led growth models.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded with strong organisational and project-management abilities.
