Regional Business Development Managers & Sales Executives to work self-employed and commission-based across the UK. We are expanding across the UK and looking for commercially driven field sales professionals to develop protected territories in asset-heavy industries. You won’t be micromanaged; you control your pipeline, own your territory, and focus on what you do best: finding opportunities, creating urgency, and closing deals.

About the role

We are independent asset auditors specialising in physical asset verification, compliance auditing, and digital asset tracking solutions. Our clients across construction, manufacturing, logistics, energy, and infrastructure rely on us to solve real operational and compliance problems. Your job is to find their pain, build the relationship, and position us as the solution.

What you’ll be selling:

  • Independent asset auditing
  • Physical site surveys
  • Barcode tagging & labelling
  • Digital asset register creation
  • GPS tracking solutions
  • Compliance-focused reporting
  • Asset verification services
  • Ongoing re-audit monitoring

What you’ll actually do:

  • Cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • LinkedIn outreach and networking
  • Visiting industrial estates and business parks
  • Building referral partnerships
  • Attending trade shows and industry events
  • Managing your own pipeline and CRM
  • Engaging operations, compliance and finance decision-makers
  • Creating urgency around compliance and asset risk

Commission structure:
