Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a leading engineering manufacturer. The role involves managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities for bespoke engineering products and solutions across various industries such as rail, automotive and wind. Full product training will be provided. Location: Office based in Wolverhampton. Must be commutable to the office.
Package: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience, plus bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and additional benefits.
Responsibilities:- Produce technical quotations and assist customers with product selection for fasteners and associated products.
- Handle inbound enquiries, manage warm leads and provide high‑level customer support throughout the sales process.
- Provide account management and post‑sale support to maintain long‑term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Visit and engage with customers to generate new business for fasteners and associated products.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager or similar role within engineering.
- Technical engineering background and experience selling engineering products or solutions.
- Proactive business development approach combined with internal sales management.
- Experience within the screws & fasteners sector is desirable.
- Enthusiasm, determination and motivation to grow within a leading engineering manufacturer.
- Must be able to commute to Wolverhampton office.
