Package: Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum Hybrid working options 2 days a week wfh Pension Annual Leave Excellent professional development opportunities Office: Central London Offices Office Hours: 9:00 am 6:00 pm Duties: Coordinate and deliver bespoke bid submissions for allocated tenders, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Develop and evaluate winning strategies in collaboration with sector directors. Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and processes. Organize and manage bid-related meetings and resources. Oversee and manage the tender program in line with company procedures. Support marketing activities, including event planning, awards submissions, and administrative tasks. Arrange and coordinate photography and video shoots for project documentation.
