Location: UK WIDE TRAVEL REQUIRED - From Aberdeen to Cornwall
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager who has mobilised large-scale frameworks for DNOs (Distribution Network Operators). This person will play a critical role overseeing remote teams of electricians nationwide, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of electrical installations across substations from Aberdeen to Cornwall.
This is a high-profile, full-ownership role - from mobilisation through delivery - offering the opportunity to shape a major national utilities programme with significant impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the mobilisation of large-scale DNO frameworks, coordinating multi-site rollouts nationwide
- Remotely manage dispersed field teams of electricians across the UK
- Ensure full Health & Safety and compliance adherence across all activities
- Coordinate logistics, including tools, vans, and materials to site
- Manage installation programmes across multiple substations
- Act as the main client liaison, representing the project at senior level
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting
- Attend management meetings in Ireland
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: Proven experience mobilising and managing large-scale DNO frameworks
- Strong leadership of field-based electrical teams across multiple regions
- Excellent Health & Safety management and compliance oversight
- Commercially astute with budget and P&L ownership experience
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
- Technical understanding of substation environments and electrical installations
- Willingness to travel nationwide and occasionally to Ireland
