Sales Manager / Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager shall focus on managing key accounts, developing new business in compressed air systems via end-user and OEM channels, and working towards building and leading a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager / Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager will ideally have experience in selling compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, dryers, air dryers, air treatment systems, or related compressor products with the desire to grow and manage an external sales team. Manage and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities to expand market share in compressed air systems, air treatment solutions, and pneumatics. Develop strategic sales plans for industrial compressed air products and solutions. Monitor sales performance, analyse industry trends, and manage the UK sales territory, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts. Liaise with various Engineering departments to support technical sales and solutions. Fully remote covering UK-wide Sales Manager / Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager Requirements Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving new business within the compressed air sector. Experience in selling compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, dryers, air dryers, air treatment systems, or related compressor products. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop new business and eventually grow a sales team.
