An exceptional and incredibly unique opportunity has become available for a Studio Director to join one of the UK’s leading AJ100 Architectural studios, heading up their Birmingham office. Our client has over 60 years of history, delivering people-centred architecture across the UK and Internationally. Package:
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Office: Birmingham Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Duties:
- Lead and manage the Birmingham studio operations and team
- Drive business development and secure new projects from existing and prospective clients
- Represent and deliver the studio's purpose-led strategy in the region
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring design and technical quality
- Mentor and develop staff at all levels within the studio
- Participate in cross-practice design and technical reviews to continuously evolve our design approach
Requirements:
- ARB registered and Masters Qualified Architect
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Deep knowledge of the Birmingham region and established local network
- Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills
- Confident working with Revit and leading design reviews
