A Supply Chain Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Head of Supply Chain is required to join a leading manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering supply continuity, cost control, service performance, and compliance, while driving improvements in efficiency, resilience, and overall supply chain capability at the site in Stoke.

The role involves managing and optimising end-to-end supply chains, including personnel, as well as overseeing process improvements and export processes.

  • Up to £77,500 basic salary
  • 31 days holiday

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver supply continuity, cost control, service performance, and compliance, while driving improvements in efficiency, resilience, and overall supply chain capability.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies.
  • Oversee export processes, including preparation of documentation and liaison with external bodies.
  • Manage stock levels to balance service requirements with working capital targets.
  • Utilise ERP (SAP) and other systems to monitor product flow, inventory, and supply chain performance.
  • Deliver analysis of sales, stock, and production data, turning numbers into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the supply chain, including supplier, logistics, and operational risks.
  • Drive supply chain optimisation projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing and optimising end-to-end supply chains, including personnel, as well as overseeing process improvements and export processes.
  • Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Degree, HND, Foundation Degree, or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience within a supply chain manager, ERP manager, head of supply chain or similar.
  • Live within a commutable distance to Stoke.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Strong in data analytics and data management.
