Job Description

Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager required to join a global ventilation manufacturer and solutions provider

The sucsessfull Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager will join an expanding UK team, covering London, responsible for developing relationships with M&E consultants, architects, house builders, and developers to specify innovative residential ventilation solutions, including MVHR systems, MEV units, and associated ventilation solutions

The Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager will ideally come from a ventilation or HVAC background, with people management experience and experience selling selling into house builders, developers, architects, and M&E consultants.

  • Develop new business opportunities and drive specification sales across London.
  • Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, architects, developers, house builders, and contractors.
  • Promote residential mechanical ventilation solutions including MVHR and MEV systems.
  • Deliver product presentations, technical guidance, and CPD sessions to key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify upcoming residential projects and secure product specifications from concept through to completion.
  • Manage the sales process from initial specification through project delivery.
  • Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to support customers and project requirements.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within the London residential sector.
  • Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager:
  • Experience as a Prescription Sales Representative, Specification Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar.
  • Proven experience within residential ventilation, HVAC, building services, or a related technical sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation products including MVHR, MEV, fans, and air movement solutions.
  • Experience selling into M&E consultants, architects, house builders, developers, contractors, or housing providers.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong technical sales ability with the confidence to deliver presentations and CPD sessions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout London.
