Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer. The role will be office-based in Birmingham, responsible for planning and scheduling the work of engineers, providing service support on HVAC ventilation products including Air Handling Units (AHUs), fans, heat recovery systems, grilles, diffusers, ducting, and liaising with customers plus the engineering team.
The successful candidate will have experience working for an engineering HVAC employer in a coordinator, scheduling, or similar customer service role.
Package:
- £26,000-£33,000
- Enhanced Pension contribution
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Role:
- Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
- Contact customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
- Manage on-call rotas and coordinate annual leave for the Engineering team.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Must be able to commute to the office in Birmingham.
Requirements:
- Experience working in coordinating, scheduling, service support or similar customer service role with an HVAC engineering employer.
- The ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator or similar.
- Must be able to commute to the office in Birmingham.
