Service Administrator / Administrator required to join a global engineering manufacturer based near Bristol. The successful Service Administrator / Administrator will be supporting the service team by liaising with customers about products and deliveries, processing orders and maintaining records using a powerful CRM system. Full product training provided.
The Service Administrator / Administrator will ideally have an administrative background with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Package:
- £23,000-£25,000 (dependent on experience)

Role:
- Process orders via phone and email
- Prepare and manage service and remedial quotes up to £3,000
- Send, track, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses
- Generate job sheets and hand them over to the coordinator upon PO receipt
- Liaise with various engineering departments
- Use a forklift twice a week to move inventory (training provided)
- Office-based in Yate, Bristol
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Administrator, Administrator, or a similar role
- Proficiency in using a CRM system, SAP, or similar software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
- Willingness to use a forklift twice a week (training provided)
- Must be able to commute to Yate daily.
