  • Experience working as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, MEP Quantity Surveyor, MEP Commercial Manager or similar building services commercial role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages within construction projects
  • Experience supporting commercial delivery of MEP works
  • Background working on building services, construction or data centre projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
