Sales Trainer / Sales Coach / Sales Development Trainer required to join a leading HVAC bespoke solution provider. The successful candidate shall be working remotely across the UK, covering all sites responsible for enhancing team and individual performance across the sales team. Implement and deliver training programs to help the sales team improve communication and deliver results.

Experience in the HVAC, Building Services, engineering or manufacturing sector would be desirable. The candidate will ideally have proven experience in providing sales training programmes in a HVAC, Building Services or engineering company, teaching sales methodologies, coaching individuals and teams and improving employees to maximise sales growth.

Package: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, Bonus, Car allowance, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, Company pension.

Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging sales training programs tailored to HVAC products, solutions, and customer segments.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams on best practices in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques specific to the HVAC industry.
  • Assess individual and team performance, identifying skills gaps and providing targeted development plans to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding of new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the product knowledge and sales tools needed for early success.
  • Liaise with various HVAC/engineering departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales training or sales enablement, ideally within the HVAC, building services, or technical product sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC sales cycle, including B2B consultative selling, contractor/dealer channels, and specification-driven sales.
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication and coaching skills, able to engage both new and experienced sales professionals.
  • Ability to develop and deliver both in-person and virtual training content, using modern training tools and platforms.

Working remotely covering all UK locations.
