Sales Engineer

Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative / Business Development Executive required to join a supplier of machinery and capital equipment used for metal cutting, precision engineering, laser cutting, sheet metal and metal working industries.

The Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Executive will be office based, selling a range of machinery, including CNC machines, routers, laser cutting machines, guillotines, press brakes, and folding machines.

Experience selling metal working products, machines, capital equipment, or industrial sales would be preferred.

Package: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, Commission, Pension contribution, 25 days holiday.

The Role:

• Office based, selling machinery.
• Following up leads and converting incoming technical enquiries into sales.
• Deliver product demonstrations at the company’s on-site showroom.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients within metal cutting, precision engineering, laser cutting, sheet metal and metal working industries.

Office based near Birmingham.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience – knowledge of metal working products, machines, capital equipment, or industrial sales would be preferred.
• Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative / Business Development Executive or similar.
• Full product training is provided.
• Commutable to Birmingham.
