This award-winning London studio is seeking a Project Architect or Senior Architect to help lead beautifully considered, socially meaningful projects from concept through delivery.
You’ll be trusted to run projects, shape design direction, and mentor junior team members, while still staying hands-on with architecture that genuinely matters. The studio is widely recognised for its thoughtful approach to community-focused design, regeneration, and mixed-use schemes, making this a standout opportunity for a time proven Architect who wants their work to have purpose as well as design integrity.

This role would be perfect for an experienced Architect, Project Architect or Senior Architect with strong Revit skills and proven experience in large-scale Residential, Hotels or Student Accommodation projects.

- Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)

Office: London
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (1 day per week working from home)
Duties:
- Take a hands-on lead role delivering large-scale projects across hospitality, student accommodation, and major residential developments
- Drive projects through technical design and delivery (RIBA Stages 4–5), including complex, high-rise residential schemes
- Produce, coordinate, and review detailed technical drawing packages to a high standard
- Coordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure buildable, well-resolved solutions
- Be a confident client-facing lead, running meetings, responding to queries, and managing expectations throughout delivery
- Take ownership of project programmes, deadlines, and quality control
- Provide clear technical direction and mentor junior team members, supporting their development
- Contribute to projects across all RIBA stages, from early design through to completion
- Play an active role in design reviews, technical workshops, and studio-wide discussions
Requirements:
- Masters Qualified & ARB registered Architect
- 7+ years’ professional experience
- Proven experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Expert Revit capability
- Confident communicator with leadership presence
- Passion for design-led, socially impactful architecture
