Project Manager / Project Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer required to join a leading global manufacturer of electro-mechanical rotating equipment / machinery. The Project Manager / Project Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer will lead and manage projects both onshore and offshore for electro-mechanical rotating machinery including electric motors, electric generators, gearboxes, pumps, and similar.

The Project Manager / Project Engineer will have a proven track record managing projects in both onshore and offshore environments for electrical engineering products and services. Industrial Electrical equipment experience is advantageous.

Role:

  • Lead and manage projects both onshore and offshore for electro-mechanical rotating machinery including electric motors, electric generators, gearboxes, pumps, and similar.
  • Oversee project P&L, budget, and cash flow, ensuring financial targets and forecasts are met.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop workforce members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Work from the office in Aberdeen.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record managing projects in both onshore and offshore for industrial electrical equipment / systems.
  • Experience as project manager, project engineer, lead project engineer, operations manager or similar within an electrical engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with the ability to hold people accountable.
  • A technical electrical Engineering qualification would be advantageous.
  • Must be commutable to Aberdeen.
