Part 2 Architectural Assistant Location: Southwark, Central London Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (Commensurate with Experience) Introduction: Join one of London’s most progressive and design-driven architecture studios — a practice celebrated for delivering large-scale, sustainable residential and mixed-use developments that are shaping the future of the capital’s built environment. This award-winning studio is known for its thoughtful approach to design, technical rigour, and a collaborative atmosphere where talented designers thrive. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team working on meaningful projects that balance creativity, social value, and sustainability. This opportunity would be ideal for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of UK practice experience, confident working in Revit, and eager to contribute to complex, design-led residential schemes. Package: £30,000 – £34,000 (Commensurate with Experience) Hybrid working Ongoing mentoring and career development support toward Part III Regular CPD sessions and design reviews Friendly, social and collaborative studio culture Office: Southwark, Central London Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available) Duties: Assist project teams in developing design and technical information in Revit Support with the preparation of concept design presentations and planning packages Contribute to design development and coordination through RIBA Stages 2–4 Prepare visuals, diagrams and reports to support planning and client submissions Collaborate closely with senior architects, technologists and consultants on live projects Participate in internal design reviews and help maintain high drawing and BIM standards Requirements: Masters Qualified and RIBA Part II qualified Architectural Assistant Minimum 1 year of UK practice experience Strong Revit skills (essential) Experience working on residential or mixed-use projects (preferred) Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulation processes Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about high-quality, sustainable design Excellent communication and teamwork skills
