required to join a leading global engineering manufacturer.
The successful
Quality Assurance Assistant / Quality Assurance Coordinator / QHSE Coordinator
will be responsible for supporting QHSE, quality and compliance activities across the organisation, including audits, risk assessments, ISO9001 processes, incident investigations, document control and continuous improvement initiatives.
The
Quality Assurance Assistant / Quality Assurance Coordinator / QHSE Coordinator
will ideally have experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment, with a background in QHSE, quality assurance or compliance. Experience working within an ISO9001 certified environment, supporting quality management systems, audits, document control, corrective actions and continuous improvement processes is highly advantageous. Must be commutable to Bristol.
Package Β£28,000 - Β£32,000 depending on experience Company pension scheme Holiday + Bank Holidays Additional benefits Quality Assurance Assistant / Quality Assurance Coordinator / QHSE Coordinator Role Support the implementation and maintenance of QHSE policies, procedures, quality systems and company standards, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and ISO requirements. Conduct and support health & safety inspections, workplace audits, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, method statements and incident investigations. Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, including inspection records, training records, document control systems, NCRs and corrective/preventative actions. Support internal and external audits, customer requirements, regulatory compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with environmental activities, including waste management, pollution prevention and environmental inspections. Support employee QHSE training, toolbox talks, inductions and management reporting, including QHSE performance statistics and system updates. Quality Assurance Assistant / Quality Assurance Coordinator / QHSE Coordinator Requirements Previous experience as a QHSE Coordinator, Quality Coordinator, Health & Safety Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator or similar role within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment. Good understanding of QHSE principles, including health & safety, risk assessments, audits, compliance requirements and environmental standards. Experience supporting quality management systems, ISO9001 processes, document control, internal audits and corrective/preventative actions. Knowledge of UK QHSE legislation, environmental requirements and continuous improvement processes. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, record keeping abilities and confidence communicating with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders. Experience using QHSE systems, ERP/MRP platforms or quality databases, with the ability to analyse data, maintain accurate records and support process improvements. Must be commutable to Bristol.
