Electrician/Electrical Technician/Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Renewables business covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The role will be responsible for the electrical installation, servicing, and repair of renewables products including Solar, PV, Battery, heat pumps, and MVHRs.
The Electrician/Electrical Technician/Electrical Maintenance Engineer will ideally have experience with electrical installation and maintenance of Solar, PV, Battery, heat pumps, and MVHRs and related components.

- Responsible for the electrical installation, servicing, and repair of renewables including Solar, PV, Battery, heat pumps, and MVHRs.
- Install electrical panels and pumps at mainly residential and some commercial properties including wiring, connecting, testing, and calibrating systems.
- Collaborate on mechanical aspects of installations such as pipework assembly, kit loading/unloading, and on-site support.
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimise downtime, including working with three-phase motors and variable speed drives.
- Maintain accurate logs of work completed, installations, repairs, and servicing.
- Liaise with clients to ensure installations and repairs meet operational and safety expectations.
- Will ideally have experience with electrical installation and maintenance of Solar, PV, Battery, heat pumps, and MVHRs or any related electrical installation work.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, Service Engineer, Pump Engineer, Electrical Pump Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Field Service Engineer, or Installation Electrician.
- Hold a valid JIB Gold card, or ECS Gold Card, or an alternative is essential.
- Hands-on experience with renewables.
- Experience with three-phase electrics is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification or equivalent is a benefit, but not essential.
- Knowledge of 18th Edition wiring regulations and Health & Safety standards is required.
- Full UK driving licence.
