Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist / Sales and Marketing Manager to join an engineering service business based in Portsmouth.

The Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist / Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

The successful Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist / Sales and Marketing Manager will ideally have experience in a B2B marketing role working in the engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

• The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage outsourced marketing partners, ensuring ROI and timely execution.
• Manage LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram presence with 35 weekly posts.
• Run email campaigns via Mailchimp, segmenting audiences and tracking performance.
• Work with SEO and web teams to optimise search rankings and site functionality.
• Support trade shows, events, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Utilise Lead Forensics and targeted content to generate and nurture leads.
• Track marketing KPIs and report insights using Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media tools.
• Commutable to site near Portsmouth

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager will ideally have experience in a B2B marketing role working in the engineering industry.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Expertise in Mailchimp, SEO, and website management would ideal.
• Strong social media & LinkedIn growth strategies.
• Commutable to site near Portsmouth.
