Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer required to join a leading manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice, generating quotations, order processing, expediting, documentation, administration, invoicing, proposals, and other aspects of customer service for valve solutions, including gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, and other related valve products.
The ideal candidate will come from a sales, technical support, customer service, or engineering background. Full training is provided, but previous experience in selling valve products, valve spare parts, or working within a valve manufacturing environment is essential.

- Provide technical advice and guidance on the correct valve selection for customer needs, including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, and check valves.
- Generate & provide quotations & proposals for valve systems and associated products to customers.
- Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and assist with all aspects of customer services e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation, etc.
- Learn all aspects of administration, including order processing, invoicing, and checking order confirmations for valve products.
- Assist with product specification, after-sales, and service support for valves and related equipment.
- Liaise with various engineering departments for valve design and modifications.
- Commutable to the office daily near Loughborough.
- Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Advisor, or a similar customer service role, ideally within the valve or engineering sector.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, or similar software.
- Technical aptitude and/or understanding of valves, including gate, globe, ball, and check valves is essential.
- Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or Degree in engineering would be beneficial.
- Must be commutable to the office near Loughborough.
