This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect / Project Architect with proven experience delivering multi-sector projects and confidence using Revit and AutoCAD.
Package:- £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

Hours: Full-time, permanent position – Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Lead and run multiple projects from concept to delivery
- Act as (or step into) Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act
- Coordinate the design team
- Produce and oversee construction information to UK regulations and statutory requirements
- Manage resources, programmes, and standards across concurrent workloads
- Build and maintain strong client/consultant relationships
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and project outcomes
- ARB-registered, RIBA-qualified Architect (5+ years PQE)
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and statutory processes
- Experience of (or readiness for) the Principal Designer role
- Excellent verbal/written communication, confident team leader
- Sound construction knowledge and decisive, delivery-focused approach
