We are looking for a Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead to join a leading data centre developer and operator in the UK, Netherlands, France or Germany. This client-facing role will take ownership of commissioning strategy and delivery across large-scale hyperscale developments, ensuring technical excellence, programme certainty, and risk mitigation from design through to handover.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the delivery and commissioning of complex projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Hold accountability for safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
- Establish and maintain effective programme delivery environments, including people, processes, governance, and technology.
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive and wellbeing-focused culture.
- Manage budgets and commercial performance, ensuring financially, ethically, and operationally sound outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing long-term strategy and performance.
Qualifications
