Join a Data Centre Developer & Operator, looking after Hyperscale Data Centres! We're looking for a EHSQ Senior Manager to work on hyperscale Data Centres around the UK & Europe. This candidate is required to establish and lead health, safety and quality standards for a specialist AI infrastructure business delivering complex data centre environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced EHS and quality professional who can create frameworks from the ground up while remaining closely involved with site delivery.
The role combines strategic ownership with practical site engagement. You will define EHSQ standards, develop inspection and quality methodologies, audit contractor performance, investigate incidents and work directly with project stakeholders to ensure consistent safety and quality expectations across multiple sites.

The role of a EHSQ Senior Manager on a Data Centre:

The requirements of a EHSQ Senior Manager on a Data Centre:
- Hands-on EHS or quality management experience within construction, industrial projects or similarly complex delivery environments
- Experience working on data centre projects or comparable high-complexity builds
- Comfortable travelling to sites and engaging directly with contractors and delivery teams
- Experience creating, implementing or improving EHS standards and quality processes
- Strong incident investigation and continuous improvement experience
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a changing environment
- NEBOSH or an equivalent EHS qualification is desirable
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is desirable
