Join a UK leading Engineering Contractor working on Hyperscale Data Centres in London!
M&E Quantity Surveyor required to manage the commercial delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages across major data centre and commercial construction projects.
- Responsible for valuations, variations, change control, procurement support, cost reporting and final accounts, ensuring strong commercial governance and contract compliance.
- Manage MEP packages from procurement through to final account.
- Prepare valuations, payment assessments and variation submissions.
- Control change, costs, risks and commercial reporting.
- Support CVR reporting, forecasting and subcontractor management.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and audit trails.
Requirements:
- Proven M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a Data Centre, Aviation or Pharmaceutical project.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial management.
- Experience with valuations, variations, contracts and cost control.
- Familiarity with JCT, NEC, FIDIC or similar contracts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience across data centres, complex MEP installations and systems such as HVAC, UPS, generators, BMS and power infrastructure is advantageous.
