Join a UK leading Engineering Contractor working on Hyperscale Data Centres in London!
M&E Quantity Surveyor required to manage the commercial delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages across major data centre and commercial construction projects.
Responsible for valuations, variations, change control, procurement support, cost reporting and final accounts, ensuring strong commercial governance and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP packages from procurement through to final account
- Prepare valuations, payment assessments and variation submissions
- Control change, costs, risks and commercial reporting
- Support CVR reporting, forecasting and subcontractor management
- Maintain accurate commercial records and audit trails
Requirements:
- Proven M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a Data Centre, Aviation or Pharmaceutical project
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial management
- Experience with valuations, variations, contracts and cost control
- Familiarity with JCT, NEC, FIDIC or similar contracts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience across data centres, complex MEP installations and systems such as HVAC, UPS, generators, BMS and power infrastructure is advantageous.
