Telesales Executive / Trainee Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive required to join a leading HVAC bespoke solution provider. This role would suit a B2B sales executive looking for a new opportunity with realistic career progression. The Telesales Executive / Trainee Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive shall be office based in Fareham responsible for calling pre-existing and live customers, selling company products, generating quotations, order processing, expediting, documentation, proposals, and other aspects of customer service for HVAC products. No HVAC experience required, full product training provided. The Telesales Executive / Trainee Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive will ideally have proven experience in an outbound cold calling environment, dealing with objection handling and will be expected to make 40-50 calls per day. Package £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience Up to £20,000 Bonus Company pension Product training and career progression 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Additional company benefitsTelesales Executive / Trainee Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive Role Proactively engage with prospective customers via cold calls to generate qualified sales leads and set appointments for the external sales team. Identify decision-makers within target companies and confidently pitch product offerings to open new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress using CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and external sales teams to align messaging and campaigns for maximum lead conversion. Consistently meet or exceed call volume and lead generation targets. Commutable to the office in Fareham and once fully trained, will be able to work hybrid environmentTelesales Executive / Trainee Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive Requirements Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales, ideally in a B2B environment. Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly. Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle objections professionally. Must be commutable to Fareham
