Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Assistant / Technical Sales Support required to join a leading global engineering supplier.

The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Assistant / Technical Sales Support will excel in providing technical support, sales, advice, generating quotations, processing orders, expediting requests, managing documentation, and supporting pricing for bespoke HVAC products and solutions.

The Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Assistant / Technical Sales Support will ideally have experience with HVAC, Dryers, Blowers, Industrial machinery, and a strong desire to learn and advance within a global engineering environment. Full product training is provided.

• £32,000 £35,000 depending on experience

Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Assistant / Technical Sales Support Role

• Manage customer enquiries and key accounts for refrigeration and products.
• Oversee build schedules and coordinate with internal teams
• Generate leads and close sales to meet targets
• Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions
• Liaise with various engineering departments
• Office based near Stoke-on-Trent with occasion sales visits to customers around Midlands.

Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Assistant / Technical Sales Support requirements

• Experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or similar commercial role, ideally in the HVAC, Blowers, dryers, compressed air, or wider engineering/manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of engineering or industrial products and the ability to discuss technical details with customers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with engineering, production, and purchasing departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). CRM, ERP systems would be a plus.
• Willingness to develop product knowledge around HVAC solutions.
• Engineers looking to come off of the tools may be of interest.
