Electrical Installation Engineer / Electrical Installation Technician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading pump service provider. The role will be responsible for the electrical installation, servicing, and repair of industrial pumps primarily within the wastewater industry, including submersible pumps, booster systems, drainage pumps, control panels, and associated control systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical installation and maintenance of pumps and related components such as booster sets, three-phase electrics, variable speed drives, control panels and wiring, level/flow sensors, level control systems, electric motors of compressors or rotating machinery, or any related electrical installation work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install electrical panels and pumps both at the depot and on customer sites, including wiring, connecting, testing, and calibrating systems.
  • Collaborate on mechanical aspects of installations such as pipework assembly, kit loading/unloading, and on-site support.
  • Maintain accurate logs of work completed, installations, repairs, and servicing.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure installations and repairs meet operational and safety expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, Service Engineer, Pump Engineer, Electrical Pump Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Water Treatment Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Installation Electrician.
  • Hold a valid JIB Gold card, ECS Gold Card, or an alternative is essential.
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification or equivalent is a benefit, but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
