Trainee Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager required to join a leading engineering supplier. The successful candidate will support the delivery of HVAC projects from quotation through installation, commissioning, and handover, predominantly handling ventilation systems, ducting, pipework, air handling units, heating systems, and associated HVAC products across Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have some technical HVAC exposure, ideally within projects. We encourage HVAC Engineers with a passion for moving into Project Management to apply, as this is an excellent opportunity for those looking to take on more responsibility in managing projects from inception to completion.

Trainee Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager Role:
- Assist in the delivery of HVAC projects from quotation to handover, supporting with ventilation, ducting, pipework, air handling units, and heating systems.
- Support the management of supplier relations, procurement, and sourcing of materials.
- Review project specifications and assist in the conceptual design of HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and labour to ensure the smooth installation of HVAC systems.
- Work alongside various engineering departments to ensure project needs are met.
- Must be able to travel to the office in Leeds, and sites across Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Some experience or exposure to managing HVAC projects, preferably on a commercial or industrial scale.
- Project Coordination experience within HVAC, liaising with site teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support successful project delivery.
- Experience in roles such as Mechanical Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Building Services Project Assistant, or similar within HVAC.
- Vetting will be required due to the nature of the work in secure environments, including police stations.
- Full clean UK driving license.
