Senior Project Manager required to lead a Project Management team delivering complex engineering projects, ensuring safe, on-time and commercially controlled execution across multiple live contracts. You’ll own project delivery through your team of Project Managers, taking responsibility for performance, risk control and customer satisfaction. Acting as the key leadership layer between delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure commercial, contractual and technical alignment across all projects.
This Senior Project Manager role also covers early risk identification at handover, resource planning, and ongoing support for contract execution decisions. You’ll work closely with commercial teams to track financial performance and present clear reporting on progress, risks and margins. The role is based in Berlin but is only required on-site 4–5 days per month, offering strong flexibility while still maintaining hands-on oversight of delivery teams and key stakeholder relationships.
