Overview
Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Plant Controller required for a Global Manufacturer near Bradford. The successful candidate will come from a manufacturing background and will work closely with the Plant Manager and operational teams, providing financial insight, managing risk and supporting strategic decision making. The role covers two European Production sites with minimal travel. This is predominantly site-based in Bradford; there is the opportunity to work one day from home post probation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the operations team to monitor and manage plant financial and operational risks
- Deliver financial analysis and monthly reporting
- Review variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with business objectives
- Oversee costing and inventory control processes
- Manage internal financial statements, capital acquisition planning and fixed asset management
- Collaborate with group finance, controlling, and supply teams on reporting and compliance
Package
- £50,000-£55,000 Dependent on Experience
