Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer / Field Service Technician required to join an equipment sales and technical support company based near Birmingham.

The Field Service Engineer / Field Service Technician will be responsible for servicing and supporting digital cutting systems (CNC’s) and / or Computer to Plate (CTP) systems across the UK.

Ideally, the Field Service Engineer / Field Service Technician will have an electromechanical printing background and will live within commutable distance of the office in Birmingham but must be comfortable with regular travel across the UK as the role demands.

Role

• Provide technical support and service for digital cutting systems and CTP equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Liaise with customers and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience with digital cutting systems (e.g. Zund, Kongsberg, Summa, etc)
• Experience with CTP (Computer to Plate) Systems (e.g. Screen, Fujifilm, Agra, Heidelberg, Kodak, Canon)
• Valid Passport and UK Driving Licence
