Export Sales Manager / Export Sales Engineer / International Sales Manager required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer. The successful candidate will work remotely and focus on driving growth across EMEA and Asia. You will be responsible for managing distributor networks, developing new international business, and delivering B2B sales of fluid transfer solutions, including filters, fuelling equipment, and related industrial products. Full product training will be provided.
The role involves significant international travel, 2–3 weeks per month, meeting distributors and end customers face-to-face to expand the company’s global presence.
Package: £50,000–£60,000 base, OTE £80,000–£85,000, remote/home-based with international travel (2–3 weeks/month), company benefits including phone, laptop, and additional benefits.
Role:
- Grow existing fluid transfer solutions export business across EMEA and Asia.
- Manage and develop existing engineering distributor relationships.
- Identify and win new international business opportunities within the fluid transfer sector.
- Travel internationally to meet fluid transfer distributors and end customers.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience within engineering or manufacturing.
- Comfortable with regular international travel across EMEA and Asia.
- Experience in industrial product sales, export/distributor management, or technical/mechanical components preferred.
- Open to candidates from transferable industries, including fasteners, bearings, pumps, valves, fluid power, filtration, process equipment, MRO, or technical components.
- A technical mechanical engineering qualification advantageous.
- UK-based with flexibility for international travel.
