A fast-growing BIM consultancy based in Surrey is entering an exciting phase of expansion. They are well-established with strong technical delivery and an excellent reputation across the Construction sector. Now, they are looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional to help accelerate growth. This is not a corporate, process-heavy BD role. It is hands-on, strategic and influential.
You will work closely with senior leadership, shaping outreach campaigns, building relationships and turning conversations into secured projects. You will likely have 2-3+ years experience in a BD or Bids role within Construction. You understand the industry landscape and may already have relationships with Contractors, Architects, Design firms or Consultants. If you bring an existing network, even better. An understanding of BIM, Revit and digital construction is advantageous, but this is not a technical production role. If you are outgoing, motivated and excited by the idea of helping scale a growing consultancy, this is a genuine opportunity to grow with the business.
