Internal Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support Engineer required to join a leading supplier of bespoke fluid transfer systems. The Successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, support new product integration, produce quotations and manage accounts.
The role requires previous experience in technical sales, ideally within the fluid transfer/hydraulic sector. The ability to understand technical drawings/specs, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sales quotations, orders, and accounts is essential. Must be commutable to South of Sheffield.
Package: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience), 25 days holiday + Bank holiday, Additional benefits.
Responsibilities:- Support new product integration and manage first article processes through to production.
- Act as the main technical contact for customers, reviewing drawings, specifications, and application requirements.
- Produce technical quotations and assist customers with product selection and system suitability.
- Handle inbound enquiries and manage warm leads, ensuring a high level of customer support throughout the sales process.
- Provide account management and post-sale support to maintain long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery of orders.
- Sales experience within the fluid transfer/hydraulics sector.
- Ability to understand technical drawings/specs.
- Ability to independently quote/spec systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- To be within a commutable distance to the main office, South of Sheffield.
